Do you work with businesses outside Florida?
We focus on Florida-based businesses, but serve some remote clients nationally. Bring it up in your consultation and we'll let you know.
What does the free consultation actually cover?
It's a 30-minute call where we ask about your business, your current books situation, and what you're trying to get clarity on. At the end, we'll tell you whether we think we're a good fit — and why.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clients are fully onboarded within one to two weeks. We handle the transition from your previous bookkeeper or software — you don't have to manage the handoff.
What software do you use?
We work in QuickBooks Online and use AI-assisted tools for reconciliation and categorization. You get access to a client portal for documents and communication.
